Why do I have to take the quiz again if I already passed?
Understanding why we encourage quiz retakes.
At SalesBoost, our goal isn’t just for learners to pass—it’s for them to master the skills they’re building. That’s why learners have another opportunity to retake a quiz if they score less than 100%, even when they’ve already achieved the passing grade.
The reason: We want to give every learner an additional chance to achieve a perfect score and demonstrate complete mastery of the topic.
Why this matters:

Encourages full understanding. A passing score shows they understand enough to move forward, but a perfect score confirms total comprehension.

Reinforces learning. Retaking a quiz helps learners review missed concepts and strengthen knowledge retention.

Builds confidence. Scoring 100% gives learners a sense of achievement and motivates them to apply their skills.
Even though learners can technically move forward with a passing grade, the retake option is there to support growth, close knowledge gaps, and celebrate 100% mastery.
