# Why can't I take the Assessment?

## How to access the assessment, lock your score, and complete a course early

To unlock the **Assessment**, you must:

1. **Complete the Quiz**
2. **Complete the Rehearsal at least 3 times**

Once unlocked, you can take the Assessment up to **3 times**.

#### Locking In Your Score:

- The system will automatically lock your **highest score** by the due date.
- To show early completion, it's recommended to **manually lock in your highest score** 
- Once a score is locked, the Assessment button will be disabled and the course will be marked as complete.

#### How to Lock In Your Assessment Score:

1. Go to the course and click the **View Results** link located directly under the **Assessment** button.
2. Select the **checkbox** above your results to lock in your best score immediately.

If you've completed the required steps but still can't access the Assessment, contact us at **support@salesboost.com**.
