How do I take the Rehearsal and Assessment?

After reviewing the Best Practices and completing the Quiz, the Rehearsal will unlock. To begin:

Steps to Complete a Rehearsal:

1. Click the Rehearsal button on the course page.

2. Enter your phone number (no dashes).

3. Answer the phone when it rings and follow the instructions.

4. On your screen, click “Begin Scenario” and wait for the audio to start.

5. When it’s your turn, click “Start Talking” — your response will be recorded and analyzed.

6. After completing the script or prompts, click “I’m Done.”

7. Repeat steps as needed until the system prompts you to end the call.

Review Your Performance:

• After the call ends, you’ll be taken to the Results page.

• You can listen to your recording and review real-time feedback.

Once you complete 3 rehearsals, the Assessment will unlock.
