# How do I take the Rehearsal and Assessment?

## Steps to take the Rehearsal and Assessment

After reviewing the **Best Practices** and completing the **Quiz**, the **Rehearsal** will unlock. To begin:

#### Steps to Complete a Rehearsal:

1. Click the **Rehearsal** button on the course page.
2. **Enter your phone number** (no dashes).
3. **Answer the phone** when it rings and follow the instructions.
4. On your screen, click **“Begin Scenario”** and wait for the audio to start.
5. When it’s your turn, click **“Start Talking”** — your response will be recorded and analyzed.
6. After completing the script or prompts, click **“I’m Done.”**
7. Repeat steps as needed until the system prompts you to end the call.

#### Review Your Performance:

- After the call ends, you’ll be taken to the **Results** page.
- You can **listen to your recording** and review **real-time feedback**.

Once you complete **3 rehearsals**, the **Assessment** will unlock.
