How do I find or assign a new course?

How to Find Content & Start or Assign Courses

Use the Discover tab to explore new learning content and assign it to yourself or your team.

Search & Browse Content

• Use the search bar, filters, and sorting options to find:

  • Courses

  • Certification Series

  • Programs (Note: Programs cannot be self-assigned)

• Default Sort: Most recent content appears first, followed by alphabetical order.

• Customize View: Sort by your preference or browse by scrolling.

  • Filters:

    • Category

    • Course Type

    • Proficiency Level

    • Duration (Estimated time to complete a course)

    • Launch Date

What You Can Do:

• For Courses or Certification Series:

  • Watch a preview or read the course description

  • Begin the course

  • Assign to a team member

  • Assign to yourself

• For Programs:

  • Read the program overview

  • View the included content

  • Assign to a team member
