How do I start a course?

Once a course has been assigned to you by a manager or you have self-assigned a course, follow these steps:

• For a Learner, you will find your assigned courses on your Dashboard or in your Profile under My Courses.
• For a Leader, you will find your assigned courses under the Learn Tab or in your Profile under My Courses.

Step 1: Watch the video.

Step 2: Review the best practices and active links.

Step 3: Take the quiz.

Step 4: Rehearse! Plan to rehearse at least 3 times as a best practice.

Step 5: Take the Assessment and lock in your highest score of 3.

Step 6: Blast off to boost your performance and boost your sales!
